Tuesday Things I Love!!!



The way my cloud nail came out! I haven't done freehand nailart in quite some time, so gave these a try.

Diaper bag

This super adorable diaper bag I have shown to my sister! Hope she loves it as much as I do. She wants a nontraditional diaper bag. Can't say I blame her with this sort of cuteness!!

Gorgeous camera bag

This bag! It is soo bragworthy! If I didn't currently have two, THIS would be high up on my list!!

I know my Things I Love list is usually longer, but I feel like crud and need to lie down. What are some of your favorite things? Do you have a special camera bag you love?

A few things that have been going on lately:

Party planning for our sons 1st birthday in less than one week (EEP!). How is it when we are 17, it takes forever for time to go by, but now with this precious little man, it goes quicker than a sneeze?? My man is going to be ONE!

 

 

My sister found out she is pregnant! Yay, I will be an aunt! And my son will have a little cousin! She is due November 6th. Which our wedding anniversary is October 31st. How cool to have a Halloween sweetie?? They are having a baby boy, so she can have everything from our son (clothes hes grown out of, his swing which he will be too big for once the new guy is here, and my breast pump)




My Mother in Law is having surgery at the end of the month. Hopefully her recovery time won't be as long as they estimate.




My Brother in Law just graduated High School. It is amazing to see how he was an immature 13 year old when I first met him. And now he is a young man, going to college in the fall on scholarship!  




H O P E F U L L Y.....my father may be coming down for A BIG THANKSGIVING CELEBRATION! With my sister being due shortly before Thanksgiving, and since he has not yet met our dude since he lives out of State, I hope we can swing it!




Plus normal silly blog type stuff. I haven't been as diligent to post lately, since now my son can WALK! AAH! So the posts shall require more of a "planned' agenda.

Tuesdays Things I love

Well, yesterday my brother in law graduated High School....Which I did not get to see. Our son did NOT like the clapping/cheering so he and I sat outside (with a nice breeze, YAY) waiting for the ceremony to end. I did not actually get to see him walk the stage. :(

How pretty are they! Super out of my price range, but I may just have to try and save up. Such a pretty floral! And To be Dr. Martens?? Swoon!

I do not have an iPhone 4....yet. But this case is adorbs! It comes in green too. If it were silver, It'd be more of what I'd want.

Gorgeous print!

This dress makes me want to eat yummy sorbet, walking around at the park with my family, taking photos.

Alternative engagement ring

Recently, my engagement ring has made my finger break out. It's 14k so I have no idea why, after 5 years? But I'd love this as an alternate ring.

The color! The pattern reminds me of cookies, or a beautiful vintage sofa, plus it already has my last name initial.  >.<

What I'm wearing to....

To my Brother-in-law's highschool graduation!

Please forgive the kaka lighting, as we have our hurricane shutters down. My mom likes to be super prepared and put them down before the start of the season, prior to June 1st, and keeps them down until after the end, after November 30th. The hall has the brightest light in my house. :-/

Anyhoo, this dress!! I love it, its nice and light! From Kohl's a few months ago. This will be paired with this purse/gift to myself for Mother's Day! It holds my smaller camera bag for my Canon Rebel T3, plus my wallet and phone. (This is my makeshift "I Want That JoTotes Bag" bag.) Purse is from Target.

I LOVE these shoes! They are super comfortable and I love how the marigold sets off the pinky floral of the dress. Shoes are also from Kohl's. They also come in a nice chocolate brown. (Seeing the pattern yet??)

I still can't believe my brother-in-law is graduating Highschool! When my hubby and I first started dating, his brother was only 13! And he just went to prom!! Where has the time gone??

And!!! My dude is going to be ONE! How the heck did that happen?? **face palm**

Since I like to end a lot of my posts with a photo of said dude....here he is!!

Do you have any fun events coming up?? We have a wedding to go to the 3rd week in June so I shall post that outfit closer to the date!

Mother's Day May 13, 2012

Well, my super aw-e-som-e Husby got me the HP books for my NOOK!! YAY!! So excellent, so when the little dude is older, I can read them e-reader style. I still have a deep love for books, thats why my NOOK case looks like a book, hahaha. We will be celebrating next week, since my husband, my sister and brother-in-law all work tomorrow.

 

There are still a few things I would love to magically receive for Mother's Day:

This Camera bag. I LOVE the Marin one I have, but it's sooo big and bulky. This one sits more flush to the body! I blogged about it before, and then afterwards was all "Oh I don't really want it." LIES!

Flowers. I have never been sent Flowers. This arrangement makes my heart melt!

This dress! So flowy and girly!

This bag! I could use it as a dual function diaper bag/purse!

How will you be spending Mother's Day? My sister is 15 weeks pregnant so, yay! We will probably be getting her flowers and a small gift!

My 15 before I turn 35.

I just turned 30 a little over a month ago, and have realized my life has been a whirlwind of surprises and squashed plans, in the best way.

I would like to make my list of "15 things to do before I am 35"

(I am only doing 15, since our funds are not in a great place)

1.) Own a DSLR

2.) Start a sellers Etsy account

3.) Take our son to Disney World

4.) Visit my grandparents old house in Ct.

5.) Get another tattoo or 3

6.) Ger ridiculously dressed up, to go to a simple restaurant

7.) Go to Oregon, and to Voodoo donut!!

8.) Get the ball rolling on moving out of (South)Florida

9.) Open a savings account. Sounds simple, but it's on my list!
10.) Get professional family portraits
11.) Go to St.Augustine (possibly)
12.) Start a budget to pay off our debts
13.) Have a baby free night (eek!) This one makes me nervous!
14.) Do something for myself each week (you wouldn't believe how hard this has become since having my son)
15.) Try to win something. Not sure if this is a lotto-type wish, but something worth more than $10.
